I got my first splintered spark from BG blitz quest, and was told I could get another splitner from 1500 rep Emerald Dream weekly.
I did not get a splintered spark from the satchel of dreams reward, NOR am I being offered Dreams Unified: receive 2 more splintered sparks.
Why is none of this working?
