Bottom line guys. The changes that should be made are one or both of these:
- Remove full moon from the possible spells in pvp.
- Make it so the starsurges are equally spread out amongst the channel instead of at rng moments. I.e one a second vice rng capable every .25s.
Yes convoke has one shot rng potential. Yes it can oppressive. No it does not happen most of the time or even a decent amount. Yes it is easy to stop and is most of the time. Yes Kyrian is technically better. No convoke isn’t what’s keeping you from higher ratings.
I was literally convoked while rooted. You’re wrong. Please post a clip of convoking someone rooted in a 1v1 and it not working, otherwise stop posting.
I just tested it now twice. It 1000% doesn’t use offensive spells on someone who’s mass entangled.

maybe not mass entangle i was in an 8 second root and got convoked, entangling roots i think. Maybe it was a stun, can’t remember. It was 100% some form of cc.

You can be convoked while stunned, or else it would be a dog water ability. I just tested it a bunch, if you’re rooted in any way, entangling roots or mass entanglement (tested both) or I presume any other classes roots as well, it will not target you at all 100%.

Just have to be realistic. Sometimes (most of the time) convoke tickles and sometimes it’s instant good night. No point getting mad about it, if you’re good you’ll win more than you lose
