Hitting 30K on a tank warrior while using convoke in open world is still broken. Reducing starsurge proc during convoke would fix that still existing “one button I win spell”

Nope. Half the cooldown, half the spells, but increases chance of Full Moon.
So it’ll result in even bigger burst, since they’ll have less chance to cast Regrowth/Rake
No i’m not convoke is still most broken spell, combined with lego it has high potential to one shot even a tank

The legendary makes spec-appropriate spells cast more often.
Which just means Starsurge will cast doubly more often in PvP since Full Moon isn’t there.
Blizz does NOT CARE.
They could careless that this has been complained about for months.
They don’t care that BGs are TRASH now.
They don’t care about the boosting in Arenas.
They don’t care about balancing PVP.
They don’t caee about your concerns in this matter not even a little bit.
They have your bimonthly subscription THAT is all they care about.

Do you know this as fact? Have you tested it? I’d like to know actual facts and not your assumptions.
The legendary is not implemented on the PTR yet. Just know what it does from the datamining.
So you really don’t know anything about how it works in PvP and you’re just stirring the pot. 
If blizzard would care they would remove stupid upgrading the PVP gear. And Valor should be like it was before to purchase some off set gear.
I hate this current system
You need 1400 rating to upgrade pvp gear, because honor gear can’t be upgraded past 197. You need to complete all dungeons on +5 to be bale to upgrade gear to 6 or 7 then you need to complete all dungeons on +10 or +15
I mean blizzard wants you to play this game and grid everything like crazy . Who ever was behind the idea of gear upgrade and balance was definitely working from home
