I know you can convert conquest pvp gear to tier gear, but I’m wondering if the opposite is possible? I just got my Draconic Mark of Mastery but already have my two-piece, but I have blue chest and legs, so I am wondering if I can get a tier chest/leg and then convert it to conquest at the Revival Catalyst.
No, it’s just into tier.
If you don’t need any of the pvp tier pieces then maybe consider grabbing a pve one to collect the heroic raid appearance.

While I’m here, what’s the difference between the “Elite” and “Heroic” gear? I notice that the Heroic is higher ilvl. I do not PvE at all, so literally no idea.
Heroic is just the PvE gear item level. Elite is the PvP pieces that scale up to 450 ilvl in PvP combat, but only 434 in PvE. It makes it so PvP gear is best in slot for PvP and you don’t have to worry about having to raid for better gear.

There are 2 versions of every item available via mark of mastery, a heroic level pve piece, or an elite level conquest piece. The base ilvl on the conquest piece doesn’t really matter since it still only scales to 450 in pvp.

I just got a Tier piece in my Vault from running Raids. Can I convert that into a Tier pvp piece?
