I thought according to the blue post here that we would be able to take Season 4 Fated Pieces and convert them to Tier? I just got a 278 LFR Fated Chest and am unable to convert it. Is this correct?

Same, there is not an option to transform fated gear right now, for me at least.
it’s a feature because blizzard objectively hates that LFR is what keeps raiding alive from a financial standpoint.
