Are there any fellow controller players out there? I’ve been playing on controller since MoP and have yet to encounter another player on a controller. I wish they would port wow to Xbox.
I’ve considered trying it for BM Hunter.

Dude it’s such a blast, I tried it once and never went back.
I don’t think I could do it for long, I tried in FFXIV and even with it being better optimized for controller, targeting was a hurdle for me. Too used to KBM.
But I might try it sometime soonish if I can figure out how I want to arrange things.

A controller with buttons on the backside was a HUGE upgrade for me. I currently use my right rear button for tab targeting and hold the left rear button + the right rear button for friendly targeting. Blizzard upgraded controller support ALOT in shadowlands, to the point you can use modifier buttons as their own button so long as you tap it. Tab targeting is intuitive enough that it can target what is nearest to your cursor (I have my cursor anchored to the upper center of my screen). there is also auto targeting now too.

All this new adaptation to get used to, just to end up still using keyboard to communicate with people? Not for me thanks.
