People are reporting on wowhead and reddit, with screenshot proof, as well as guildies of mine in our discord, that they are obtaining the Love Rocket and/or the Sweeper Mount on alt runs of the event despite having already opened their first box for the day.
Allegedly, only the first run can drop the mount and subsequent runs do not, but we are now seeing in the Love event same as the Halloween event that that is not true.
Can we get a blue post to confirm either way?
first box is 1%, the rest of the day the box goes back down to the old 0.003% chance, last years blue post announcing this was pretty clear
i heard the first run drops it a higher rate and subsequent runs had a lower % chance to drop it but not NO chance
I got my love rocket in 2023 on my 5th run of the day. The first box gives a higher chance is all. But the mount can drop from any. Blizzard would face heavy backlash if the only gave the first run of the day the only chance at the mount.
We had a blue post back in June that said they were changing it to where ONLY the first run PER DAY PER ACCOUNT had the chance at rare rewards and the box itself literally says that so no, things are no pretty clear right now. We have contradictions.

This is what I found when I did a search.
From now on, the first Heart-Shaped Box you receive each day across your Battle.net account will have a greatly increased chance to contain the X-45 Heartbreaker mount.
Any subsequent Heart-Shaped Boxes you earn on your characters after the first each day will drop the mount at the previous, original rate.
All it means is there is an increased chance you get mounts on the first run of the day, it does not mean you still won’t have to do 100… 200+ runs alt-swapping to get either mount apparently.
I got the broom on my third run yesterday.
Blizzard said the rocket has increased chance first time of day of account and then very small chance on aditional runs.
They said the new mount from event is one time per day per account increasing with each day
They already have, several times.
