This is ONLY happening with World of Warcraft, my actual internet is unaffected but my game is having issues. It happens often, several times during a play session. I’ve already done things to try and remedy such as clearing cache and wtf folders, uninstalling and reinstalling battle net, I’m not sure what to do. I have several pictures of 1000+ ping (Highest I’ve seen is like 1900?) and it consistently happens. I’ve also speed tested my actual internet multiple times while this happens and I’m getting good/average speeds. 25-55 download and 20+ upload mbps. This started happening when I got a new modem, but like I said this is only happening with wow.

Sounds like gaming traffic is deprioritized or somehow affected by the modem. Doesn’t the ISP offer service for the modem?
