Continued Error #132

So I’ve been having this issue since about Shadowlands pre patch but before the actual event. The client will crash as frequently as about every 5-10 minutes when it really gets going. Sometimes I don’t even get as far as logging into the character again. This REALLY interferes with gameplay. I have taken several steps already.

On the hardware side I have:
Upgraded the graphics card
Upped the amount of RAM
Installed a new solid state harddrive

Software side I have:
Renamed the WTF, Cache, Interface folders
Disabled Addons
Run with zero Addons
Checked all drivers and windows updates
Ran the Fix Files for the game
Checked for and removed extension overlays
Antivirus sweeps
Programs to increase PC speed (since removed)
Placing all Blizzard IP and launcher on the new harddrive for exclusive use
Uninstalling and Reinstalling WoW.

I have thrown everything I can think of and the kitchen sink at this. And I am here asking for help resolving it. I have the error logs for days.

yup same with me. The battle.net app disconnects then reconnects but everytime it does that it DC’s me from the game. This is so annoying when im trying to play the game. Its like blizzard is getting DDoS’ed 24/7

I was also having Error #132 crashes. It was Event ID 4101 with the message of: Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

I tried different Nvidia drivers and I still crashed. I was told by my computer manufacturer that WoW is having an issue with PCIe 4.0. In my BIOS, I changed “PCIEX16_1 Mode” to Gen3. It was set to Auto. I have an ASUS ROG Strix x570-I Gaming motherboard and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Founders Edition graphics card.

I am no longer crashing to Error #132.
