Yep. I’m wrong never mind. Lol
I apologize for my brain thinking that was Vaelian not Rreifren.

It doesn’t help that the forum lags when people do character services too lol so I just thought maybe my forums was behind when I saw that, that’s why I asked xD
I used to get confused for another poster all the time back in the day because we wore the same hood, sometimes even in different colours.
It happens.
Glad you did. I wouldn’t have double checked. lol
Aye. Its still rude to all three parties. ![]()
They deserve better.
I actually leveled my Human Warlock recently and this bonus isn’t that big of a deal, you literally get a bit of extra rep here and there on quests, world quests or grinds but it’s not groundbreaking.
Furthermore, you still have to play Alliance both in PVE and PVP to have or to benefit from being Human or the reputation bonus and Alliance isn’t that great in either aspect.
It bothers my OCD that I’m losing out on a tiny bit of rep when I don’t play humans.
That being said, I like playing elves and orcs so much more that I learned to deal with it.
It can be nice to get the through time gates just a little bit quicker.
Yeah, got to admit there’s really no advantage here.
Shorter queue times while still getting achievement credit is nice.
In all seriousness though, I agree it’s not worth playing a human unless you actually want to.
Really? I find it to be so small it’s crazy like between 2+ extra rep to like 50+ it’s rarely above that even during bonus week last week it only went to 75+ extra rep. Lol.
Shorter queues I can agree with however anything else is just terrible, I mean for example just last night I was the only one trying to defend our towers in AV, no one else came to help me even after I asked for help like 20 times in chat.
Then another example was I backfilled into an Ashran and Alliance side was losing and then out of nowhere I had a Death Knight who’s name I won’t say since it’s against rules calling me a bad and dead weight when I had just gotten there and then he kept talking about how bad I supposedly was even when I had triple his DPS and killing blows and I’m only ilvl 169 and he’s ilvl 210 and when I pointed it out he called me bad and dead weight again and said I have range advantage I mean really.
Ugh, yeah that’s rough. I initially only protected my own team’s towers for the achievement, but I’ve just kept going even to this day. Whenever I play AV, I’m often the only one defending my team’s towers. Especially on Alliance.
Yuck, I hate people like that. So unpleasant.
Sorry that happened to you.
In BfA, Lance and I grinded the initial reps on his nelf druid and my human pally. I was exalted a few days earlier, maybe even a week. This was before the BfA reps were paragonable, so I had to burn rep the entire time we continued to quest. It sucked.
Yeah I was shocked no one came to help me because usually Horde side I can say I need help and there’s only a few people in the tower so we can easily recap and people will come help me, same thing Alliance and nope no one came. Lol.
It was awful but it was also ironic because the other two Death Knights in the group called him out for not playing class right because of low DPS and not death gripping people into our group so I felt a bit better, I was more or less just shocked to be attacked and name called by someone when they were there from the start and I backfilled.
I see and maybe I’ll see a benefit as I play it more, thanks for the insight though.
well I am patiently awaiting the day blizzard realizes the world exists outside the current expansion zones and starts some political infighting in the alliance.
We have the house of nobles for stormwind. They are literally a footnote that has done nothing over the course of WoW besides a couple quests that could have been given by anyone else. Why don’t we have nobles using their position to be made military officers and turning out to be terrible at the job? Why don’t we have the nobles having their own agendas and diverting resources to fulfill them? Why don’t we have nobles fighting each other over disputes?
The same for the dwarven senate.
The alliance could have some game of thrones levels of politics if blizzard would put some effort in.
Wrong, this only means she becoming the racial leader of the undead is NOT done by genuine care over those people but for purely SELFISH reasons… they´re just the vehicle to get to her “family HEA” faster, no more and no less.
And how is Calia then “better” than Sylvanas? The way I see it she would be just another selfish a-hole using them for her benefit… and her actions regarding the actual Forsaken in-game actually makes this mindframe waaay more obvious than you believe -I mean, hello??? she has interacted with literally ZERO forsaken characters apart from Voss who HAD TO look for her and acts like a puppy following Calia around for who knows what reasons. Calia the “potentially new mommy” of the Forsaken ran to help… the Nelf ones + Derek Proudmoore. Like anything but actual Forsaken.
Ok, so you´re just the average MHP poster, my mistake in believing you had actual genuine interest in the discussion apart from inserting your headcanons and fanon into other people´s favorite race for the lols.
Consider your less than desirable and mostly ignorant opinion ignored.
Sommand we´re talking about “Broken Shore happened thanks to muh Outstanding skills”… the guy is a loser, clearly delivering mediocre info as usual.
Wrong, we hate her because she´s the representation of everything your average MHP poster wanted for the Forsaken of this game: A Human with a skin condition with the brain capacity of a gnat, zero self awareness and using the Light to lowkey rebrabd the race as a branch of humans with a skin condition that will act like the Stormwindian ones 24/7.
Ergo, like the total opposite of what the race is about, and what people liked about it.
I find it odd that Alliance fans are so quick to want to control the Forsaken narrative and use an author who regularly gets lore wrong and a book that was a dead end for the narrative they want to present as the new Forsaken experience as their source of validation on the topic.
Wow your profile pic updated and it’s making you glow now, that’s way cool.

He’s got the Staff of Hale Magefire mogged. It has that cool glow effect on its fire that shows up in the forums.
Back before the Shadowlands pre-patch, I used to wear it on Somand when I logged out because it made it look like I didn’t have blue skin.
I don’t like Christie Golden, I just like the more tame and not-murdery forsaken.
Also liking Calia does not equate being an alliance fan, you’re free to dislike her, that doesn’t make anyone less of a forsaken fan just because they like her though.
I would give anything to have the old dark mysterious sinister Sylvanas over the lame evil mustache twirling villain we have now.
That’s pretty cool and a neat effect, you are very creative my dear.
