Iām the same way these days, only reason I came to take an interest in them again is because people started giving me the stuffed animals as gifts and so I think they are adorable and now I collect them if I think they are cute. 
People do tend to fear that PokƩmon.

Do blood elves have faith in something as a full community is kind ofā¦ not the right question. In my opinion.
The Belves donāt really operate that way. In a way, theyāre a lot like humans. Multiple different facets and interests and beliefs. They work in basically any kind of role you give them. Which is why they are my biggest go to for a horde side race version of humans in that they should have access to most of the classes because they have so many facets.
That said, to discount that a good portion of the population is tied to the light and any belief that their light users arenāt somehow as zealous in their fait as other cultureās light users is simply fallacy. Again, in just my opinion.

Now, I will clarify that I said zealous in their faith. Not (necessarily) the same thing as calling someone a zealot. A bit of a grey area really.
Also, I apologize for my typos. I start thoughts before I finish typing, so I sometimes just trail off mid word or keep going when I get to really analyzing something.

Butā¦ it did. At least the Chronicles suggests it did. Originally there was only the Light, and then it receded in places and that created the Void, and then the two clashed and the Universe was born.

I agree, and I do want to clarify. While I am for things like holy symbol tats for Belves. Itās a gameplay vs lore thing. Lorewise, I would only expect to see something like that on paladins or priests. The same way I wouldnāt expect to see arcane tats on anyone who isnāt a mage or something similar. But implementing something like that would be like implementing the eye color. You canāt really restrict a race customization option to classā¦
I guess unless you do it like DHs or DKsā¦ Err, nevermind. Thatās actually fine too.
Yeah, but if one race getās it, I feel other races should too, which creates a slippery slope problem. Having BE the only core race with tatās like that when the culture that is 100% light baised donāt. feels bad ya know?
Iām all for symbolism tatās though that goes with the culture mind you.
