I like the idea of updates zone by zone where applicable.
iâve always thought stormwind looked like somebodyâs carboard club house, painted white to look like bricks. in effect, the stone walls dont look like stone walls. compare

Theyâre almost forced to do this every now and again, it gives them an xpac where they donât have to keep thinking of new worlds or undiscovered continents.
I agree.
I too saw an interview where they mentioned it was a massive undertaking but⊠well they wouldnât have as much work in that flying is available for those regions now, whereas before it was not.
The Belf and Draenei starting areas would be the only issue with that.
Its Blizz weâre talking about. best weâd get is like we got with Warfronts. These places need to be brought to the current time I think without some specific feature upon them.
My opinion of course.
Ok, that is awesome to see.
That said, WoW is meant to be more cartoony. Its partly what the franchise was built on. Cool as this is, I wouldnât trade the cartoon look for the world⊠of warcraft.
well think of the buildings in legion and bfa. those are still wow styled but arent so in your face cartoony
Oh Iâm sure some work could be done to bring them up to speed for sure.
Theyâve made many nice new textures over the years no doubt.
They still look cartoony to me though, and I like it. Personally. Not attacking anyone here.
Well these are supposed to be High Elf options weâre getting with the VELF customization. And we can see High Elves / Void Elves in Stormwind City hanging out together. And both of their leaders are sisters. I donât think itâs too outlandish for the various Alliance Thalassian factions to rally together. At least the ones who follow Alleria & Vereesa.
Sure it comes up. but no where did i mention that. It was in regards to the Alliance Elves building some sort of city/kingdom within Telogrus.
I hope so too. One way i could see them doing it is if the updated old world is relevant content for max level which iâd personally like a lot. Especially if there;s a time skip after Shadowlands. iâd like to see the old world updated especially to reflect some things such as Stromgarde being rebuilt etc.
RP tools, and story to allow you to be a wayfarer. They arenât mobilizing the Silver Cov and every other Alliance High Elf no matter how few there are, to give you the full entirety of the High Elf theme.
You arenât getting the full High Elf theme because Blood Elves are High Elves and look at Blood Elf customization. Why should you be entitled to what little Blood Elves have left?
From my understanding, Auric is still an Alliance High Elf. We last see him at the Sunwell acting as the High Elf representative to ensure that Alliance allied High Elves can still safely visit the Sunwell even though the Alliance and Horde are opposing factions. Think of him as a diplomat or ambassador specifically there to represent the Alliance allied High Elves that make pilgrimages to the Sunwell.
I really like how youâve included tattoos on the torso here. Wildhammer tattoos donât do that on females and it really bums me out.
Sure but those are just options. They are not reflected on the lore/story⊠Yet.
Seemingly, at least to me, that appears to be them recruiting more potential wayfinders.
I get they are sisters, but as has been brought up before, why would your average, or any SC, high elf embrace the void elves?
The void is taboo, while vereesa and Alleria are sisters and seem to work together, I donât see where the lore would suggest such a partnership is forming.
Oh I get that, I was just trying to explain why some may be guarded when that is brought up.
Why would he leave his post then?
I donât know why he would. That would be something Blizzard would have to decide. In any case, I would imagine heâs still filling that role. I just wanted to clarify that Auric is still Alliance and hasnât joined the Horde. I know you didnât specifically say that he joined the Horde in your post, but the way you worded it could have been interpreted as such.
I did not mean to suggest he was Horde, but it seems his purpose is set.
Given he was at one point the leader of the Allerian Stronghold, elves originally under Alleria herself, I suspect she would serve as their leader well enough in a council.
I still donât see why non void elves would join such an arrangement.
I agree that they could at update the textures.
I am a ranger I want ranger tattoos!
Like a nice District near the Mage Quarter where itâs a Elven District of Night Elves, and Void/High Elves being together.
Plus it would be like the new park in stormwind like the old one in vanilla.
I hope not.
Night Elves deserve to have their own home city in Kalimdor for one.
For two why would Void Elves not build up their seat of power in the Rift? Sitting around humans all day sounds tiresome. They tend to dislike the void after all.
well look at this! from reddit. who woulda guessed male orcs would have the most combos? hehe
oh interesting wowhead article
anyone remember what the lead devâs main is? anybody? hehe
They can still Build a Void Elf Base in the Rift while having a District within Stormwind.
Plus It was just a idea since I barely even see the other Elven Races gotten a Home yet other than Stormwind within the Streets or near the Embassy.
Come to think of the Night Elves. If they donât want a District within Stormwind then thereâs Gilneas where the Worgen and Nighy Elves to live, thereâs Moonglade, Feathermoon Stronghold or Mount Hyjal for the Worgens and Night Elves to live.
less than a half hour, we may login to scourge invasion
