But during the phase the raid is most relevant in it should be released in it’s least nerfed state possible unless the raid is unplayable without said nerf. That is all.

There was a player several months ago that posited that all blizz had to do was revert the change to shield slam in patch 1.11. That reduces warrior total output. This likely would have fixed some issues since dps would have to watch their threat way more. Or wipe the raid.
