They’re not going to buff the content. No chance. I think Blizzard wants as much content as possible that is easy and accessible. This is the Blizzard that brought you LFR. They’d much rather have it too easy than too hard, IMO. Plus they know the hardcore guilds won’t quit because it’s too easy… they’ll just make it about parsing and speed running.
Best we can hope for is probably what we’re getting, early patch-tuned content, un-nerfed.
And just not having world buffs is going to make a big difference, IMO. I think lots of guilds in Classic vanilla progressed much further than they would have without world buffs, because they used them as a crutch to muscle through the tougher bosses.
