So Cbr now procs at 60 rage but enrages you enabling abilities that need enrage and no other buff… So it procs raging blow and enrage regen…

Wrecking crew enrages you on crit, which is way easier and gives bonus damage.
Can it at least make us fear/incap immune? Blizz what is this…
