Consume Prices are insanity, please remove GDKP from the world of warcraft classic version to fix the problem.

Good news, GDKP is already removed. It’s banned and you can’t do GDKPs.

Allow me to explain the current situation. Now, i cant use crayons here and the Rs arent going to be backwards, so focus up. Itll be a little difficult for you to grasp.

  1. GDKPs are banned
  2. Gold sellers know their pet addicts wont quit cold turkey. So they maintain their stocks.
  3. Gold buyers keep buying gold for consumables, mounts, BoEs, etc
  4. Gold Sellers - utilizing the tiniest bit of intelligence - realize they already control wide swaths of the commodities markets and decide to expand this further
  5. Market control allows them to dictate price. Dictating price allows them to artificially increase demand for gold
  6. Gold buyers buy more gold to pay for consumables
  7. gold sellers slowly ratchet up the prices on the commodities they control (lotus, plaguebloom, silversage, dreamfoil, arcanite/arcane crystals, etc) as doing so directly drives the demand for gold
  8. gold buyers continue buying consumables and commodities at the increased prices, sending all the gold they bought right back to the people they bought it from
  9. Gold sellers begin also slowly ratcheting up the cost of gold - because they can
  10. gold buyers keep paying the increased prices for gold
  11. gold sellers continue ratcheting up the cost of commodities and consumables
  12. gold buyers pay it
  13. the cycle repeats ad infinitum as it allows gold sellers to steadily increase their profits with minimal effort as they control both sides of the cycle (AH prices and Gold prices)
  14. gold buyers are too short sighted to understand whats happening so they seek to blame anyone but themselves
  15. gold sellers laugh their way to the bank because whats little Timmy gonna do about it? Not buy gold? Yeah right

I don’t think people are smart enough or their egos are too fragile to admit this. They also might not care but it does ruin the experience for legit gamers. Unfortunately it seems the mega servers are also a botters haven so they only have a server or two to worry about. Limited supply on raw materials as well… (from whatever whack layer design we are running on). It’s a mess honestly.

After seeing blizzard go back on their own ToS for the little hardcore crybabies, I’ve already canceled one of my accounts.

I’m about tired of their BS and may just leave it all behind!

Look, i get it. Youve never been held accountable before. It probably feels bad. Makes you want to run away. Makes you want to blame someone else - anyone else - you can. Get the spotlight off you somehow.

But it doesnt work that way and it never will. Youre your own worst enemy so long as you refuse to accept it.

I also understand just how bad it must feel to realize youre being milked by gold sellers. But denying it wont make it any less true. They have you by the balls. And so long as you and those like you keep buying gold, they always will.

we’re post race to first, this is mostly bag holders hoping value holds and being mad that there aren’t more idiots with lots of gold to meet their demand and justify the hoopla, its almost like it was mostly hype the entire time.
