Do consumables such as flask of Tempered Aggression, and Algari Mana Oil function normally in battlegrounds, arenas, and world pvp?

They will function in unrated pvp matches and open world. Not in rated though.

Only thing you can use in rated content is mage food and lock healthstones that your teammate makes for you. Also bandages for some reason.
You can also use Vicious Flask of Honor for 15% honor buff in rated content. But you have to use it before you enter the instance. Can’t use it inside.
I really wish PVP consumables would work in ALL non-rated content. It’s really annoying to try and figure out which work only in BGs, which only work in arenas, the open world, or only CERTAIN open world areas, and which maybe work in all of them. Not to mention the nightmare of figuring out what still works from a previous expansion. It also annoys me that it removes those buffs should you go into rated content - is there no way to simply “mute” the buffs instead of wasting them? I like to WPVP while I’m queuing for rated content, but I don’t want to waste all of my items.
They should allow all the raid consumables, helps the trade skills market.
Yep, and it pays for itself in the form of honor used to purchase bloodstones.
