Apologies because I dunno where to really post this,
Started happening since tonight, just kinda been playing the game, no latency issues on my end (as far as I’m aware when this occurs as other games are buttery smooth and haven’t kicked me out at all.), was mid fighting a mob one of the times it happened with my attacks happening instantly, and in the next moment suddenly everything stops for about, 30 secs or so, and I’m DC’d.
Wouldn’t be posting about it normally, but it fully kicks me off of the app for a few minutes at a time, can’t log in back to WoW or play other Blizz games at all until it stops.
Like I said above, only been happening with Blizzard stuff, not sure what to do for a fix or if any1 else has been having the issue.
Same problems here, but it’s been extra bad because I play on Hardcore. I didn’t have any issues before September, but it’s been real bad since then. I’ve lost quite a few characters to DC deaths now. I basically just need a bodyguard at this point to ensure I don’t lose another character to a random DC. I don’t even dare to log into my only level 60 anymore…
I went so far as upgrading my whole internet setup and buying a faster plan to help address the issue, but I’m still having it. ISP checked it out and they said it looks perfectly fine. I’m plugged into the wall with ethernet but that doesn’t help either. And yeah, when I DC from WoW, I also lose connection to battle.net as well. No problems whatsoever with any other games, just blizzard games. It’s not my addons because that happens even when I disable them all. I’m at a total loss as to what I need to do.
Blizz support tickets have been basically useless and just sending me the same troubleshooting guides that haven’t really done anything for me. If anyone has a fix or can walk me through how to troubleshoot it, that would be super helpful. It’d be great if Blizz actually had a support number for this kind of thing, but I guess the forums will have to do. Thanks in advance if anyone has anything!
