Constant high world MS

It’s been nearly unplayable for the past couple of days. My home latency is usually 60, but it’s been steadily 80 while my world ms spikes to upwards of 2500+
Hard to participate in content when everything in running in place. I’m experiencing no latency issues in other games.

Hey there! Let’s go ahead and have you run a ‘WinMTR’ network test while a disconnect occurs in-game so that we can further investigate potential network-related issues between your computer and the game server. Here are the instructions:

  1. Download the tool from this page
  2. Enter the game IP into the “host” field. The IP address for our games are listed on the WinMTR instructions page
  3. Start the test and play the game for at least 15 minutes. Make sure that a disconnect occurs while the WinMTR test is running.
  4. After recording data for about 5 minutes, click Stop then click “export text” and save the WinMTR file in an easy to find location.
  5. Once you have that made, open the file. You’ll need to copy and paste the contents of the Text document into the post, and put four Tilde (~) marks above the WinMTR. It’ll look like this:

im having the same issue as well… I’ve done everything from replacing routers to checking the wiring inside my house, and nothing. trace route shows nothing unusual. i will run this WinMTR program and see what happenes. but i need a blizzard ip address…any 1 have one i can test? nvm i found it 137.221.105.2 for U.S.

To follow up here - sometimes this shoots up to 450ms+ - Any ideas Blizz?
