Constant half disconnects?

After logging in to a character since expansion release, my game keeps disconnecting. After about 30 seconds of playing, the game will “disconnect.” Only problem is it doesn’t boot me to the home screen. It allows me to keep moving my character and seeing all chats however I cant actually interact with anything in game, and other players are stuck running on the spot.

Anyone had this issue, and know how to fix it? I tried opening a ticket and all they did was say to look in forums… not very helpful lol

getting this same thing right now… game keeps freezing every few minutes and kicks me back to the Reconnect button.

Hopefully they linked a support page in the response to self diagnose, web ticket isn’t great for connection issues.

It does sound like you are having a connection issue What kind of Internet you have, if it’s wifi only or wired might factor.

Your connection to other programs and servers might not show issues depending on various factors.

Same happening here. Can’t even do dungeons because the disconnect takes so long that I get kicked from groups very frustrating.
