Before anyone says it, yes I have updated my video card driver.
No matter where I log into the game I get constant frame skip. I can set the settings on 1 and it still skips.
anyone else having this problem?

Someone suggested disabling moveanything addon and that worked. No more frame skipping.
AMD RX580 8gig/Ryzen 5 2600 reporting: Same. I even did a clean install of my drivers. Every other game is working fine.
i know its a cliche but disable your addons, moveanything was doing that to me
yeah max fps set to 100 but not seeing is go above 60.
its always hovered around 99.

same scenario, everything else is working fine except wow. I mean I cant expect much from a pre-patch launch but I want to make sure it just isnt me.

ikr? everything else i have is fine but thanks to calculatus eliminatus it was the only addon that caused problems
Try switching between Full screen and windowed mode, for me i get skipping in windowed mode and have to run in fullscreen windowed. Also check your addons.

fwiw i tried moveanything in windowed and fullscreen window, still causes problems
can confirm thats the problem one for me too. all others worked fine.
