Constant Delay/Lag

Everytime I log in I instantly lag. I can participate in trade chat, but I cannot mount. When I unmount, I still have mount speed and can run around. I cannot cast, I cant hearth. I can reload and the issue remains the same. I repaired my WoW through battlenet and still no help.

What is going on?

Having the same issue. It started a few days ago. Like you mentioned, can also contribute to chat, but my character appears to be lagged out. Everyone else appears to be running in place. Never get kicked from servers I have to manually close out client and reload and it sometimes fixes.
