Dcing every 10minutes it seems, my internet is 100% fine.
Flushed my DNS, reset my router, called my isp, checked my firewall
This is irritating, didn’t start till last week…
Until you do a WinMTR and link it here no one is going to be able to help you.

As Mindar mentions a WinMTR would be the good start here. Leave it run on desktop until you experience one of these disconnects.

Nobody is assuming anything. Determining whose end it is on requires troubleshooting on your end because we aren’t at your house to do it for you.

Connection issues are common on the Tech forum. Game issues are easy to spot -the forum lights on fire. I see none of that right now. Best to start with that WinMTR.
This may not be a connection problem - good chance it might be a UI issue. As a test you might try running the game on a fresh UI.
As I mentioned this is a test. If it doesn’t help simply remove the OLD from your original folders then delete the new folders the game installed. This will return your original settings
Nope telling you what you need to do to show on whose end it is. You are the one doing the assuming.
