Ever since the patch dropped last Tues I have been getting consistent DC every few hours throughout the entire damn week.
I’m very sure its not my ISP, I already called them to do w/e they can on their side and on my part I restart router, flush IP and all the useless stuffs which are not gonna help much. Zzzzz.

In this case, we should get a WinMTR test so we can gather more details.
- Download WinMTR
- Unzip the file to your desktop
- Type your server IP in “host”.
- Click “Start” and open the game. Let the MTR test run for at least 10 minutes to capture this issue occurring.
- Click “Copy text to clipboard”
- Type two sets of four tildes (~) and then paste the contents of the WinMTR test between:

I’m getting random disconnects and in game lag opening banks and cleaning bags. I also checked my ISP and I am getting 200Mbps and no lag from their end. My computer is brand new so nothing doing it from there and it doesn’t always show up in the ms in game and if it does its home that is lagging out. I sometimes see people not moving but should be. I’ve cleaned my cache etc all the stuff that normally follows this. Only been happening since patch was laid down.
I’m having a very similar issue. Where everyone will be running in place and I can’t use any of my abilities. Though my network is fine, during these times I’m actively talking to people in discord. Is that the same as what you are seeing? I’ve been getting pretty discouraged.

Yeah I have the exact same issue and the above poster too. Blue’s not helping despite posting result or do I need to post more than just that?
Having this issue as well. People stop and then “rubberband” to present after a few seconds.
Connection troubleshooting is offered as a courtesy. When they can assist, they will, but it’s not an actual service players are entitled to.
Your home equipment is quite laggy, so you may want the ISP to look into this. If you’re playing on WiFi, switch to a cable. Definitely reboot everything. Your Best and Average ping should be 0ms, and the Worst should be no more than 1 to 3ms.
I already said my ISP had no issue and I restarted everything and then doing all those stuffs that are gonna be said like clean cache , clean modem and all the useless thing then I paste those data.
Then your home equipment might need replacing. Either way, it shouldn’t be so laggy, so your ISP will need to assist you.
Literally every single Korrak’s Revenge game is lagging out, everyone can talk but no one can move.
I’m having the same issue. Discord and Twitch.tv streams are working fine on the other monitor but I’ve been kicked out of game about 4-5 times last night. About once an hour as well.
The worst offender was when I was booted all the way out of the BNET app and had to wait in a login queue.
100% exactly the same as you. I even did a speed test and my net was (rural) almost 200Mbps >_<
I think I’m getting this too.
In your case, are you DC’d from chat? Are you being thrown to the main page?
I stay connected to chat and can chat with people, everyone is just running in place.
im still having the same issue as everyone on other threads as well as mine. lagspike hit alot today and raid/m+ thanks to that all brick.
