Hello. I am having constant (1 every 1-3 days) crashes that are Error 132. I have done a complete uninstall and reinstall, as well as utilizing the repair tool. I really don’t know the next steps to resolving this. Any help is appreciated.

Most of the info is missing. You want to open the MSInfo, then click File > Export and post the contents of the text file.
Disable any overclocking, checking temperatures with HWmonitor, selective startup, make sure chipset drivers are up to date. Might be stemming from MSI Gaming App.
