Constant client crashes and massive FPS decrease since 8.1

Topic title says it all, 8.1 has broken the game for me. Crashes every time I reload my UI and my fps has gone from 60+ to anywhere from 17-36.

Lets start with resetting your UI, Cut and paste the following folders to your desktop Interface, WTF and cache . then test the game
