So my character is capped at 5999/6000 Consortium rep, I ran mana tombs because I had about 1250 rep left to honored and at the end I was left at 5999. I ran it again and gained nothing, so as I don’t remember this feature I’m going to assume it’s a bug.
From this point on you’ll need to run Heroic Mana Tombs, or complete quests (both normal and repeatable). Most normal-mode dungeons have a cap on how far they’ll give you rep.

Thanks man, yeah someone mentioned it has to be bumped over with a quest as well, I had wondered that but figured it would have been removed when the rep was lowered. Thank you for the quick reply, I probably would have just forgotten about it, I appreciate it!
Just seems so weird because I was only trying to get the heroic key before Monday to begin with. Not sure why it would stop just 1 single point before and not at least like 1k before or something. Being so little makes it seem like a bug instead of a cap.
