The I believe default turn-speed is 180, but I usually have mine set to 300. But recently i have noticed that my turn-speed gets reset whenever I log out. Is there any way for me to keep the turn-speed at 300 without having to type in the command every time I log in? And if there’s not, how would you guys suggest I implement a macro that requires the least amount of input on my end 
Check to make sure your World of Warcraft\retail\WTF\config.wtf file isn’t write protected. With the game client completely closed: Right click config.wtf>Properties>Uncheck read-only>Apply. Also, after you make a setting change within the game, run /reload to force it to save the various settings to both your PC and the server. Lastly, make sure to exit out of the game the slow way maybe by logging out to the character select screen and then backing out to the login screen, then close the client.
You might also check addon managers, if you use them, because it could be overwriting your config file.
