Consistent freeze spikes 11.1

Returning player, never had this issue in first patch. There is a consistent freeze spike in game every 30 seconds or so even when my character is sitting idle. How to fix this?

pc specs: AMD RYZEN 5 5600X 6-CORE CPU, ASUS TUFFGAMING B550-PLUS MOBO, 1070TI GPU, WINDOWS 10 BUILD 10.0.19045, RAM 16GB 2133MHZ.

Your GPU driver is crashing and then Windows is rebooting it. You can see it redraw the screen very quickly.

Do a fresh install of the GPU driver. Don’t use the most recent version, try the one from last month.
