Consistent Disconnections

Have submitted ticket after finding all the support articles insufficient. Have spent quite some time trying to resolve this. Noted a separate post WoW 51900319 / Random DC's fix for SL, but did not try to take the action noted, as I am pretty sure my technical abilities are not sufficient. Would be nice, if Blizz actually had customer support that did not just send me to articles and did not require me to do computer tech service and provide them answers. Seriously, they seem intent in offending their customer base at every opportunity.
