Those tests are showing occasional pings into the 300-500ms range, which is absolutely going to cause disconnections. Most of the lag is starting on these two nodes:

adsl-181-129-185-129.une.net.co
static-adsl200-24-34-90.epm.net.co

You’ll want to call up the ISP about this.

You are also dropping 2-3% of your packets just connecting to the modem or router. I suspect your issue is beginning on your home network. If you connect wirelessly, you might try using ethernet as a test. If you’re already hardwired then you’re having an issue with your modem or router for sure.

The later hops show more packets than the connection started with, so the loss can be disregarded.

This connection troubleshooting is far from an exact science. I tend to agree with Tofflemire - looks like a possible home network issue. Let’s see what a Tracert picks up. More of a moment in time test so you would want to run it a few times.

Running a Traceroute - Blizzard Support (battle.net)

When you run that it will look like nothing happened. The test simply drops a file on the C: drive called tracert.txt. Look for it on C: - not in any specific folder. Paste those up here.

I am connected wired via an extender. I know right now its an ISP problem because they are a small new company. Ive had this setup for a while. Its a Modem, following a router and then extenders i live in a pretty big house and its the only way to get signal to places.

A good test here would be to move the computer close enough to cable connect direct to router or modem.
