I’m saying, there’s no feeling of being done when the WQ’s reset every day. It’s not about power or anything else. It’s about playing the game, and having a sense of being “done” for the week. I like that. That’s all.
I mean Daily seems fine. Going back to TBC when their were daily req factions. The gear you got was equal to like Heroic Dungeon - from the looks of if the Dragonflight renown gear looks similar. You can WQ to get some gear or you can dungeon to get some gear.
I’d assume this is the “solo” experience people wanted. I’m all for that. I like getting max renown/exalted with expansion factions they provide Mounts, Tabards, Toys, Gear, Recipes… But none of it is End game quality so it not mandatory.
Again you don’t understand crafting system at all if you really think that kiddo.
Yes, that is content unavailable to everyone (and you’re probably going to be behind there, too).
As for renown, there is more than one way to skin the cat, and other players are doing it and are about twice the renown that I’ve managed with the campaign and WQs. Take WQs away, you’re not only still behind, you’re even farther behind than before.
No, I said none of those things.
I have not called WQs a grind in DF. Hell, I’ve spent the last couple of days WITH BARELY ANY TO DO.
If I want what a daily rewards, I’ll do it. If I don’t, I won’t. Someone else wants to do it, more power to them. Welcome to the world of individuals choosing what’s best for themselves.
Perhaps a single player game where other human beings don’t have to be gimped to make you feel better about your performance would be more your speed?
Keep calling me whatever you want but it doesn’t matter much even if it does I highly doubt it’ll last.
Honestly Blizz, I like Bi-weekly.
Yes you do if you want to make gold with professions or craft the gear in preparation for raid.
Blizz what about people that can’t always play every week? It’s not fair that they fall behind others that can.
Extend bi-weekly and weekly resets to every two weeks so we don’t feel pressure and worried to log on every single week or fall behind.
Fine, I will do a public service to teach you. You can thank me.
Crafters can make raid quality gear. Not heroic and such, but a good part of the community does not do heroic or mythics.
Second, many of the items trade people can make. Like JC making items that can add jewel slots to necklace any of them you think your raiders will not want?
Or how about Engs who can add there skills as slots to items?
Do you think Item level is all that crafters bring right now?
Crafting is its own progression, and the gap from what raiders have and what crafters can make is much smaller than you think.
You can do mythic dungeon for gear and be ready for raids and why does raids even matter since people don’t care about the challenge and just want their numbers to go up and crap like that.
That also.
Not only that, but Blizzard said they are going to expand crafting by having items drop that will up the item level to keep up with new content.
Crafting matters.
By doing the content that they’re in and not outside of the content like omg go back to the interviews. No raid or mythic gear will drop in the open world nor mythic dungeons.
Then they can give or sell it to players.
Or players without crafting can just put in a work order and get raid quality gear with just mats and some gold.
The idea that everyone should be able to easily craft raid gear so that it’s fair is really silly.
Again you are showing your lack of knowledge.
Go look at the last reward you get from rep. See that item? That lets us craft raid quality items for ourselves.
It was not hard to do basic research chases.
The rep grind lets us make raid quality items for ourselves as well.
So what even if it does it’s not mythic raid it’s stupid normal and since nobody talk much about normal raids these days and pretend they don’t even matter much now.
Who cares if it is normal. The gap of item level is much smaller.
A ton of people don’t do mythic and higher level raiding. That gear progression matter.
To pretend like it does not is on you. That gear is really good for solo players. And people who don’t do that content.
So again, now that you understand. Don’t look down on us crafters.
So did you just miss the Crafting Orders mechanic eniterly or… ?
Did you miss the rep rewards?
So what let solo players have it then and there what is the big deal. Or hell put it up to the the crafting order and let someone else have it or whatever I don’t get the big impact.
