It seems to have some weird snapshot effect of the damage when a mob is moved inside it. This is very hurtful for tanking and hopefully will be looked into so it doesn’t happen at launch.

I saw the same video and noticed the same issue while tanking RoL. Hopefully blizzard takes a look at this, this week.
What is the issue specifically?
Video creator speculates that it is distance from the center of the consecration doing less dmg on the outside, but commentors are speculating a z-axis issue causing mobs not on the same z level taking less dmg.
they know the first 4 mobs in the consecrate take full damage and all mobs after that take significantly less right?
His testing includes only 1 mob at a time and it takes more/less dmg depending on positioning inside the aura.
Yeah, it was a z-axis issue, at least what I clearly am noticing.
