The talent should be shared with ret and prot pally for pvp purposes, as it is a good tool to stay on our foes. I also think divine steed should have 2 charges baseline, what do you think?

Wholeheartedly agreed. Ret Consecration lacks any kind of utility/synergy. Prot even has mastery for it, hpal has (like prot) Hallowed Ground, so no reason for ret not to have it.

I also agree, or DS also needs to suppress all movement impairing effects while active.
