ConRO vs MaxDPS vs Hekili rotation helper?

Has anybody determined which of these is the best? If you don’t need the help, that’s great, but I do. I’m currently using MaxDPS.

I play 24 different specs (give or take 1/2). So, learning all is tough, and even leaving one and coming back to it later is tough too.

I personally use Hekili, it’s not 100%, but it’s enough to help me learn a spec, or remind me of a rotation once I come back to it.

That being said, I do use it in conjunction with wowhead/other online rotation guides. So I know exactly what I am doing, within reason.

Hero rotation seems helpful. I have not looked at the other ones.

It’s an addon not a website.

I use Hekili, mostly to help me refocus if my ADHD or Anxiety gets the better of me mid fight.

Hekili is my choice.

I only heard of ConRo in classic, didn’t know it was on retail. On classic its UI felt limited.

I usually go with ConRo.

Mine are the best because I write them myself.

I use WeakAuras for rotation help but that’s about it. All I need for this guy is Barbed Shot Helper.

Delete all of them and actually try to learn.

A lot of people myself included use them as training wheels on new specs or alts. Eventually you can disable the addon and just go without but for the first few weeks it’s very helpful.

Using them as training wheels and knowing their limitations is one thing.

But a decent amount of people who use them just hard rely on them, and are unable to function if and when it breaks, which is bad.

I use Hekili and have tried MaxDPS. They’re both pretty similar, but I think Hekili is slightly better in terms of maxing your DPS. Like any rotation helper, you need to know when to ignore it. Obviously learning your rotation well, especially on your main, is preferable. But when you have multiple alts, you probably can’t get to know each of them that well. It’s a tool, and as such, it’s quite useful.
