In reference to the recent introduction of weapon tokens, I performed the same action as many others. Unfortunately, Blizzard and its representatives do not appear to be concerned about this matter. Their response, while well-written, essentially conveys a dismissive and unhelpful message. Given that this is the first introduction of weapon tokens, one might expect a more lenient approach to be taken.
