Not projecting anything, but nice try on being cute. Don’t give up your day job for comedy. 
Blizzard is well known for missing what should be an obviously good choice for the community. The difference, these days, is that they are listening to feedback, and being very responsive. That’s a good thing! 
398 gear is absolute garbage. Mainly with the new upgrade system.

Really depends what key level they want players “catching up” to – if this is meant to get players started in low M+ keys, 398 to 411 or whatever the track ends at, is fine. If players are expecting catch-up gear to put them in 17s or higher for hero/myth track, well that’s not happening.

Not sure there’s toxicity in 6s or 8s or whatever you need for just 1000 rating. I wouldn’t expect any conversation in those 13min it takes to run it.
Bgs need to give 50 conquest a win after daily win. Grinding conquest on a fresh alt is brutal. If you disagree you kiss your dad on the lips.

i mean the real problem is the majority of people doing 6s or 8s this late in the season aren’t ppl w xp on their alts, it’s primarily people who have just started playing or don’t game too much. i’ve always had bad experiences in keys that low. +11-13 is the sweet spot if you’re playing an alt imo bc they drop wyrms crests so some over-geared players always sign up to those + you only have to deal with fortified/ tyrannical and 1 other affix.
but then again, i’m a little spoon fed bc i have guildies that are willing to carry my new alts through their first key + 2 different disc communities i’m in that are always down for alt keys. so idk tho
