who’s getting 1000 mplus rating without 398 or better gear? Who is this for? oh wait its bind on account, you can send 398 gear to alts, ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, Im dumb.
I mean it doesn’t explicitly say its BOA but it has to be or it makes no sense

you buy conquest boxes on your already geared character and mail them to alts. might be 408 ilvl in pve but conquest gear scales to 450 in pvp. queuing solo shuffle requires 434 pvp ilvl iirc
M+ loot at 398 is literally pointless for catch up, make it bast 415-420 or something…
Not to mention you’re still going to have to farm all the “catch-up” Wyrm and Aspect crests to just be able to craft and upgrade anything. It’s roughly 40+ keys if you’re doing keys alone. Just doesn’t make sense to give gear without actually giving gear, and then calling it a catch up.
Yeah but why does it require challenger
So prevent alts from just buying boxes instead of pieces i guess
375 conq to rng head and turn it into tier is probably not desired

Yeah but some players are new/really bad and are stuck 1300 with 1000 games

Can anyone let me know if the Volcanic Equipment Chest will be BoA? This would be a fabulous way to spend excess Flightstones on my main, to give a leg up to one of my newly minted 70 alts. Thanks!

PvP boxes have always been BoA so no reason to think the PvE boxes won’t be
I don’t get it. Are these boxes boa and you forgot to mention that or what? Adding text because the auto mod is saying it’s too similar to a post on about to delete.
We all know what happens when we “assume.” 
Especially, if Blizzard is involved.

if someone is hard stuck 1300 with 1000 games they shouldn’t be worried about sending boxes to alts. they should learn to play the class they’re currently on.
it’s always been that. seems kind of arbitraty tbh. 1000 rating or 1200 even would be a better fit.
