I still think resetting your cap count to 0 halfway through the season would be a decent middle ground.
Hey, could you add valor points to upgrade raid gear? Or you could bring back justice and use it as a raid upgrade currency.

Maybe in the 1st week or 3, but after this? everyone doing M+ is also clearing raids weekly for vault.

Iām not a fan of the idea of caps but I do understand their need, to some extent. I think it would be nice if Blizzard changed the way they did caps though. It would be really nice if Blizzard utllized spend caps instead of earn caps. I feel like this would really alleviate a lot of the issues faced between people that absolutely hate the caps and people that are all for them.
To me, I feel a factorial cap would be better served for the purposes. Such as:
!(Week #) X amount
Week 1 - 500 total cap 500
Week 2 - 1000 total cap 1500
Week 3 - 1500 total cap 3000
and so onā¦
You should also add some more incentive to higher levels so running +2s endlessly isnāt the best way to farm valor. Increase valor from higher keys. Maybe 18 keys should also drop a second primal focus and 20+ should drop 3?
Can buff the drops from raids also, I donāt have a specific opinion on them since I donāt raid.

Thatsā¦actually really nice of you Bliz. It actually feels like you give a damn about your player base.
I noticed I actually canāt even upgrade many pieces on my main with valor once I got to 2400 rating that is required to get the last upgrade. By the time I got to 2400 I was already 415+ in most slots anyway (as someone who didnāt do raiding so didnāt get to +20s as fast as people who do both).
I know the uncap is mostly for alts, but it seems odd that the highest valor unlock is harder to get to than spamming easier dungeons for 418 crafted gear.
I can get bigger upgrades spamming 16s for primals than I can farming valor (if I got a couple more sparks), even though getting 2400 rating is a lot harder than spamming +16s. That doesnāt seem right.
Maybe add another valor upgrade tier to 418 at 2500 at least so the rating requirement for valor upgrades doesnāt leave you in a lower place than spamming 16s?
Maybe raise the concentrated prima focus requirement to 18s?
I donāt think it would make sense to change that now, but maybe it would have made sense to have 3 tiers of primal upgrades from the start instead of 2. The 405 ones are nearly worthless now.

Yeah I meant in hindsight or for a later season. Changing it now would be a dumb move.
405 are for the masses not doing 16s though so they have a place. They were also stepping stones to eventually reaching 16s and getting 418.

Can we please get the increased Honor/Conquest gains buff again, grinding out a full set of gear on a fresh alt is pretty painful. Especially if the main bracket is now Solo Shuffle, needing to win 3 or more games to get Conquest is rough for alts.
