More thinking on this.
30% CHD takes the modifier from 2.0x to 2.3x (please correct if mistaken) which is a max of 15% benefit. That is, even though Glory says your CHD is up 30%, your 3000 damage crit will be 3450 (even though a naive 30% of 3000 is 900, actual gain is 450).
Same line of thinking, if you’re running 2000 DPS on 15% crit, your DPS gain at max Glory would be +78 for 30 seconds, which is a net time gain of a little over 1 second base (1.17s). [Yes, I’m holding this analysis in isolation and in actuality you would align cooldown windows to get a little more from the buff itself, but I’m hoping to keep this back-of-the-napkin.] Realistically you’ll get 10-15 stacks in a normal situation, so 0.5s of reward kill time on good execution of a 180s cooldown. Yikes. This can’t be intentional, right?
I think the Conduit bonus and the base Glory effect could be swapped. That is, I believe Glory should give +% Strength per stack, and the Conduit should give +% critical strike damage to the banner effect. Numbers could be tuned for similar effect overall, but then at least the bonuses line up properly to be almost always useful. Since the banner gives critical strike chance, all critical strike damage bonus should be isolated to the banner window.
