I swear they are weighted to more likely give the adaptation trinket
how hard could it be that it drops something u don’t have or u need to upgrade, like the lowest ilvl item in your character, bags and bank or something like that idk … is just frustating lol .

they dont actually want you to have catch up mechanics for alts. they just do these things to appease the playerbase but in the worst way possible.

I keep getting terrible stats on all my pieces. I just want Haste…but all I get is crit.

Ngl I came back to the game 2 weeks ago roughly and I saw those. I geared my Outlaw rogue with full gear and got both weapons in a row on top of all my gear (insane rng) and my first thought was “wow, Blizzard really made the alt experience better”. And then I sent boxes to my other 2 alts and was like “Ah, it seems I fell victim to a classic blunder”

Imagine if you will be able to skip some stats options just like some powers in Thorgas 
They are doing this on purpose because they got death threats. Legion PvP loot boxes gave nothing but fishes.
