Recently I’ve been experiencing tons of WOW51900328 issues; when I try to start the game it tries to connect to the realms, followed up by the
"You have been disconnected. (WOW51900328) message.
I’m playing from Japan, on NA/OCE servers and this has been happening quite frequently recently.
I’ve already followed all the below steps which are relating to the same issues.
Without fixing the issue.

I’m having the same issue. I also live in Japan and play OCE servers. The issue seems to be Barthilas for me. I can switch accounts to an old starter account and it works fine but when I swap realms it disconnects.

Fixed using a VPN to connect to Australia, I’d recommend doing the same until this is resolved.
Same issue here, also discussed in another thread. Seems to be on Blizzard’s side.
same issue myself. has been going on for last 7-8 days now. The Error code I get says can’t connect to blizzard servers. I know it’s not an issue on my end because I still have pandora, and a chat program and they don’t stop working. when this issue happens it’s very random could just be standing reading a quest to killing mob’s. since so random I don’t dare do any raids dungeon’s etc etc.
Same thing here, I live in NJ, and the issue has been going on for more than a week. Ive never had any connection issue before this. I have no trouble logging back in, but it just keeps getting dc. I couldnt do any dungeons or torghast. And I died so many times just because I was passing by mobs and dc.
Why does it seem like the Oceanic servers tend to have more issues than any other region?
Thanks. Yes I did notice that it works to play when you are using a VPN just after I posted this. For me, I can use any Japan VPN as well (Using my NordVPN subscription)
So it’s been established that the issue is not only myself. Is there anyone on Blizzard side checking up on anything? Since playing on VPN can be very unstable at times…
Same issue here from Taiwan trying to login to US Server
They are aware of the issue affecting those of us in Japan.
Think that the Japan issue is related to the issue in Taiwan?
I’m almost positive it is an issue within Australia. From what I’ve heard people are having problems accessing the Oceanic servers from:

Well I am now having issues connecting to the USA servers from USA, I think we can add that to the pile.
Also having troubles connecting to Oceanic servers from Japan. Couldn’t play at all in the last 3 days.
I can connect to servers of other regions without any issues.
