Connection trouble when playing

So, since paying over $80 bucks, I’ve been subjected to:

  1. A support site that doesn’t work. Constant Error code:
e2e27063-327e-4ff9-811a-2038a987d2d9 whenever I try to check the status of my open ticket, I seen NOHTING. I can’t even see my own responses! I write a new ticket, and NO CLUE s to if it was seen or not, until hours and hours later when I get an email…that I cannot simply reply to! So back to the hot mess of the support site and the infamouse Error code:
    e2e27063-327e-4ff9-811a-2038a987d2d9 !!!
  2. Disconnects. I’ve ran every test you asked for. MTR this, and DXDiag that, and PathPings and Looking Glasses. NOTHING found. I play 20 other online games without issue. None!
  3. Problem is obviously related to server load. From 2PM until late evening, disconnect, disconect, disconnect. Non-stop.
  4. Then I’m told it might be my CFosspeed. Disabled that and removed it! Why not give me a complete list of crap you want me to try the FIRST TIME.
  5. No real information. Nothing about what is happening on the blizzard side of the fence. With less than 40ms of latency on my side, that is where I’m looking!
  6. Lastly, I didn’t pay 80 bucks to waste a weekend and my heck can’t imagine becoming hooked with this grinder of a game and have to deal with this level of BS daily just to play. No thanks! What is the refund procedure? (I’ve asked that before to!)

Think this is what your looking for

Thanks Darthwraith!

This could be browser related and not necessarily a website issue. I haven’t seen any other posts from players encountering that issue. Have you tried a different browser by chance?

Being able to access other games doesn’t mean that there is no issue somewhere between blizz servers and your computer.

Really? What’s the server load currently? Again, your disconnects could be anywhere between Blizz and your computer too.

You’re using a third-party to redirect your internet traffic. That’s out of Blizzard’s control.

Possibly because the issue isn’t likely on Blizzard’s side or we would be seeing hundreds of posts, not just yours.

If you want help with your connection issues, the Tech Support forums would be more suited to assist.

Thing about this is, if it is an issue on Blizzard’s side, we’d see a heap of people on the forums posting about it.

Fault finding can be a tedious step by step thing by nature.

Probably not. The servers can handle a lot of punishment.

3 browsers, Chrome, IE, FF. No clue how CFossspeed got on my computer. At any rate it doesn’t matter as removing it did nothing for problem.

I find it really interesting you cannot view the support site.

What happens if you access the support site on a mobile phone, over a cellular connection?

In the options menu, under network, check to make sure Enable IPV6 when available is unchecked.

I logged in with cell phone. I can see the tickets, but all the responses I’ve made to GM’s are not there. I guess if I have any “care” left in me I can repeat myself via the phone. But after today I’m just frustrated and exhausted. If this is what it takes to play this game…it has beaten me. I simply have too much else to do wtih my time. :frowning:

Thank you for checking, that’s really interesting.

You’d explained you were frustrated and exhausted but if you care to, here are a couple more things you can try:

  • Hotspot your phone (if possible) and access the Support site via your PC over a cellular connection.
  • Connect to the Support site again via mobile phone, but this time connected over wi-fi.
    • May need to clear your phone’s browser cache.

If you’re uninterested in pursuing this further I understand.
