I seems like there is i problem to connect to wow severs through the sdn network it is the isp for over 90% of south dakota
Minnesota too.
Unfortunately, small ISPs are slower at updating routing tables when online services make changes. It’s usually because they lease their connection lines from a larger company and have to submit requests to handle these tasks.
In the meantime, a VPN will likely resolve the problem instantly.
What would we tell them when we call???
That you can’t reach Blizzard’s servers unless you use a VPN. You’ll likely need to get escalated to a tier 3 tech for them to know what that means. Good luck.
We by default route send all of our traffic to SDN and their tables are updated by BGP, so it isn’t like it is a manual process. Also, from the traceroutes that I have done looks like it is getting way past SDN network
