The current issue I’m having is that my World MS is extremely high, but my Home MS is low. I can log on for about 15 seconds before my game lags out. Completely unplayable. I have tried replacing my files with…OLD at the end of it. Removing all addons. Restarting PC/Modem. Nothing seems to work. Any idea on how to fix this?
Who is your internet provider? I’ve heard of issues with metronet and att this evening.

It’s att. I ran a speed test and everything including ping seemed fine though. Should I contact them and see if they’re having issues in my area?
Issues on ATT here; however two friends of mine was also experiencing lag and disconnects… and they are on Cox Internet a few states away.

I’m on AT&T also and i’m getting really bad problems with world my home is from 30-50 and world is around 700-5k
Yea really hoping Att fixes their issues ASAP. Feel free to post in here when anyone with Att deems it cleared!

I would, but their new ticket interface is kind of sucks and requires me go into my cmd prompt and download files. If it continues into tomorrow, then I’ll go through the trouble. Feel free to open a ticket now if you want though!
I’m having same issue on Frostmourne.
Home is 22ms and world is 180ms, whereas normally its the same as home.
The exception to this is when I do group content and might be moved to a instance server host outside oceania. Though I haven’t and am not doing any group content today

If you’ve done a UI reset and restarted all your network equipment, the next step is to run a winmtr. https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/27780 This will break down for us if and where your connection is having problems. Make sure to run it for 10-15 minutes total time, let it run longer or stop and restart it if you’re outside of that window, then post it. You can play while it runs to make sure that the lag problem is occurring. When posting, highlight it and hit the </> button at the top of the reply box to make it more readable.
ya i had restarted everything checked the network ports and all there was nothing i could do on my end as of now it has fixed it self i guess for my case atleast
Same, was out in the world, lag stopped everything besides general chat where we all complained, kicked us off and now stuck on character loading screen.
I’m in the Philippines (converge) and have same problem, my home is low 150ms but my world is steady 175ms - 212ms.
