I can’t even open the battle.net game menu at this point. It seems something is amiss at blizzard. Hopefully it comes back soon or they keep us updated. It doesn’t look good right now.
My T-Mobile hot spot had the same problem.
Nope, My T-Mobile hot spot also failed to log in just like last time.
same here, cant connect to bnet desktop app.
VIVO Brazil
Same issue and its not Just a verizon issue, I attempted to log in over a sprint hot spot, no dice, over my cell phone (AT&T) and again no dice.
Two separate, tho identical PCs unable to connect to Bnet. not sure when it started as we just got back from a 4-5 hour trip. I was working fine when we left
Same problem here. Not on Verizon, but unable to connect to any bnet services. Whatever was fixed this morning in the down time can we change it back?
so much this, we left before the servers were taken down and came home to cannot connect!
Guess I’ll head back to FFXIV while this is worked out.
Still can’t connect from TN with Verizon… even though blizz says its “resolved”.
Same issue here with Verizon in NC. It has not connected since about 1:30. Internet works fine but it will not load anything battle.net.
Ditto on the NC Verizon. Using a Jetpack hotspot and nothing…at home was fine with AT&T. Good thing is I’m not going crazy and thinking I was alone.
Same with me. Not on Verizon and haven’t been able to get on all day.
I mean, im in the northwest, not on verizon, and havent been able to connect all day…
I haven’t been able to connect either and I’m on the west coast. And it’s only specifically to classic? I can log into retail just fine
South Carolina here, can’t load bnet app, will let me force launch retail WoW but not giving me the option to launch classic.
This thread is to gather data for Verizon specifically. This may be relevant for other ISPs, but in order to determine the issue we do need a bit more information. Could those experiencing connection issues, please provide the information requested earlier?

While it’s possible this may be unrelated to the issue found related to Verizon reports, it may be able to help with seeing if there’s any other trends we need to keep monitoring. Thanks, guys for the continued report!
none of those links are working, I think anything battle.net related isn’t loading at all for us. I don’t have Verizon either, it’s a small cable provider called FamilyView in SC, first time I’ve had this issue.
This was included in the full post, but do the EU links work by chance?
