What is the relationship between these realms?

This link has this list of realms. Can I make characters across these realms and send myself any non-soulbound items via mail as well as gold etc as if they were one realm?

  • Agamaggan, Archimonde, Burning Legion, Jaedenar, The Underbog, Kargath, Norgannon, Blade’s Edge, Thunderhorn

The reason I want to spread my characters across these servers is to get the names for characters that I want. Just want to make sure this will work so I can spend $ in peace during this 30% off character transfer sale. Thanks for any help!

I think you still can’t trade with people. At least when I tried last week i could not
