Spend 9 Pocopoc energy to complete without solving the puzzle, that worked for me.

Have to wait for energy to recharge 
Played it 5 times and used it all up.
It still gives you 2-3 research every time though.

I solved the puzzle 3 times and wasted 6 popcopoc energy trying to do this world quest

Same issue for me, I completed the puzzle twice and the WQ didnt complete. I submitted a bug report in-game.
Same - only 5 times using poor Poc’s energy all up!
Looks like you can keep doing the quest for 2 energy as long as you want. ( Or have energy )
Same issue, but getting extra Cypher’s out of it for now. It seems weird because when it starts, the quest is active, and then half way through it becomes inactive. It seems similar to switching shards for a world boss and the quest not triggering.
did this quest 4 times in a row, was able to loot the box a couple times but still not getting credit for completing the quest.
I’m having the issue as well. Have “opened” it 3 times for 3-4 cyphers each. No world quest completion credit or anything like that.
I noticed the same issue. Spend 2 energy to solve and when I’m done, the puzzle goes away and nothing happens. WQ remains up even after solving.
