You successfully launched WoW Classic only to cause it to spectacularly nosedive through sheer complacency and lack of will to anticipate.
Server imbalance is a clearly a visible problem caused by poor server management choices. As per usual Blizzard will put forth no effort into fixing the issue leading to subscriber numbers to fall because the project is more of a cash-grab than it is a revenue stream.
Only when and if the bottom line shrinks to a degree that negatively impacts Blizzard, will they even consider giving the okay to direct more capital into such a poorly managed project.
Please continue to fumble development launches and prove that you do not know how to effectively manage your IP portfolio by properly engaging and communicating with your community.
nah they’ll just say they were right all along and peddle the next xpac which btw is basically classic now with a lvl 60 cap you won’t even tell the difference!
I’m sorry you are on an imbalanced server. Unless this is an alt, take this time to reroll. There are servers that are close to even, or alliance leaning. You can even pick a pve server. There’s world pvp there.
I gotta ask… why are you surprised? Server imbalance was always a problem. No, Blizzard never tried to fix it in Vanilla, in TB , in Wotlk… etc etc etc. If you really thought something would be different in Classic, then thats on you not Blizzard.
Still going strong on the servers not dedicated to wholesale slaughter. Stop saying the whole game is crashing because you made poor choices and can’t handle the consequences.
Also, Classic isn’t a cash grab, or a revenue stream. It is a hammer to smite pirate servers that were infringing on Blizzard’s IP, trying to claim it was abandonware.
Come on man. Whatcha think blood elves were for? Server tansfers? Faction changes? Racial buffs and nerfs? Xrealm everything. Sharding. Merc mode. Warmode and giving allies free epics and honor was their final attempt at “fixing” it. Allies have had the extra honor buff since legion i think? Player participation is a huge part of this mythical balance.
They can’t force player choice. That’s a good thing. Players need to organize and fix this themselves.
Now, now, Sideous. You know that they won’t say Blizzard actually tried to fix it unless they hurt Horde in some way, instead of encouraging Alliance to PvP.
Agree mate I’m not sure how people can argue against faction specific queues it literally evens the playing field. With no downsides except maybe you will need to do a free transfer to a different server if you are the dominant faction and the queue is too long.
