Yep that’s what I recall too, I’m just wracking my brain trying to figure out how someone could beat Zekvir, get the achievement, but not get the transmog. I didn’t encounter this issue.
Yeah. I keep coming back to this, to see if a solution was found.
Alright, well… it seems my thread got moved to a useless place. But as an update, it did drop today when I killed him again.
Now, I don’t know if this has anything to do with it or not, but this time I went in alone, instead of going in as a guild group. So it’s either just a chance to drop regardless or it drops on solo only. I can’t say which, as there’s no achievement for soloing the ? level.
But… I have it now. So if anyone finds this thread someday with a similar issue as to mine… hopefully something helps.
